Have you ever really looked at the patterns made in snow, the ones made by nature.  In one photo, I used auto-correct in my computer program to show the patterns better. (A different program may yield another result.) The rest stand for themselves.

and the last for this post, in which the snow, beginning to melt, looks like cotton batting or quilt batting in layers

Winter can be cold, icy and dangerous to dirve in, but look around and see the patterns in snow when you can.
