October afternoon–what a glorious day
It’s such a beautiful day that I could not stay inside, and so I went out with camera in hand.
the last of my morning glories, fading a little at a time
bearberry (uva ursi arctostaphylus), with its red berries, a few maple leaves
one last little flower on the scented geranium
still some gaillardia, but only one on this plant
an arrangement given to us as a gift for our wedding anniversary last month
It’s not snow on our roof, honestly, nor it is a wad of cotton balls. Just the angle with the clouds behind
Next day, a tour of the neighbourhood in autumn
