  The outdoor furniture was painted either bright white or sunny yellow. A picnic here would be nice too. At the end of our travelling days, we were glad for someone else to prepare our food.

The sky was the best part of this photo, I thought, though I loved the water too and the lawn for a picnic.
Speaking of picnics, this motel has a restaurant, and the staff will pack a lunch for a day on the road. The motel was The Silver Dart in Baddeck. Their food is excellent and their packed lunches just as good.
